Job Title: Production Manager

Department: OEM Manufacturing

Locatoin: Bremen, IN

Report To: Plant Manager


Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • This individual is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the entire scope of activities required to effectively run a production department as prescribed by established goals for the Southwire Manufacturing Facility.
  • Through personal leadership this individual ensures a positive and productive work environment is created and maintained. This is accomplished by providing departmental guidance and effectively soliciting support/staff assistance when necessary.
  • This person is responsible for both personal and employee development in preparation for organizational growth. The Department Manager will work diligently to ensure that the Operation Perfection culture is implemented and maximized throughout.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related engineering field required along with 3+ years directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have excellent leadership and communication skills. 
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills.
