Job Description

 

Job Title: PT-Intern 

Department: Tools, Components, and Assembled Solutions 

Location: Carrollton, GA

Reports To: Manager, Training Center

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Drive shuttle to transport customers to and from training center
  • Prepare reports for customer registration to SSU
  • Manage customer information for travel booking
  • Accurately maintain inventory on supplies needed for SSU
  • Setup of training classrooms and  experience area
  • Data entry to Salesforce
  • Assist customers on tours of facilities
  • Set up equipment and ensure production materials are available.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Must be 20 years of age
  • Ability to work at least 25 hours per week
  • Studying towards a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree
  •  Excellent listening, communication and written skills
  •  Energetic and passionate with a flexible spirit and love for helping others
  •  Ability to proactively identify problems and propose effective solutions
  •  Ability to work and complete projects independently, as well as within a team environment
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
