Job Description


Job Title: PT, Corporate Expense Reimbursement Analyst

Department: Accounts Payable

Reports To: AP Supervisor, Shared Financial Services



Under the direction of the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the Corporate Expense Reimbursement Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day audit and timely final approval of all expense reports, along with on-going training and user support relating to the Expense Reimbursement System. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:



  • Auditing of select expense reports to ensure adherence to Southwire’s Travel and Purchasing policies, and IRS guidelines
  • Ongoing training for new and existing users and technical support to ensure the Expense Reimbursement System is optimized
  • Working with Accounts Payable and Vendor Management to ensure timely payment of all approved out of pocket expenses
  • Periodic Reconciliation of outstanding and past due expense reports and development of an automated alert/warning and reporting system for same
  • Continuous process improvement feedback within an OPS framework
  • Other duties and projects as assigned 



  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel required
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Previous Finance/Banking/AP/Audit Experience desired
  • Ability to effectively multi task and work independently
  • Discretion is required
