L.I.T.
We believe that strong companies stem from thriving individuals. To further demonstrate our commitment of developing our workforce, Southwire’s T.E.A.M. employee resource group, part of the company’s diversity and inclusivity initiative, FUSE, recognizes employees that demonstrate the character, quality and drive that we look for in a supervisory or management position. Southwire’s hourly employees are provided a six month talent development initiative. Through training sessions, Leaders in Training (L.I.T.) participants are taught essential soft skills which are key to the growth and success of effective leaders within organizations.
