Long Description
We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our organization’s digital transformation efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive strategic initiatives related to IoT (Internet of Things), IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things), Industry 4.0, and Connected Factory. Your deep understanding of these domains, coupled with your expertise in AI (Artificial Intelligence), will be critical in shaping our organization’s future.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with business strategy, customer needs, and market opportunities and create impact teams to deliver world-class digital experiences optimizing the customer journey.
Leadership: Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, operations, and engineering teams to champion new products, and services, or offer visions and strategies.
Innovation: Drive innovation by enabling emerging technologies such as IoT, Analytics, Generative AI, and AR/VR solutions. Align these innovations with our corporate vision and strategy.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market and competition analyses, identifying new technology challenges. Map findings to our organization’s digital maturity for adoption in both Consumer and Enterprise markets.
Legacy Systems Modernization: Strategically phase out end-of-life hardware and software, replacing them with modern digital and emerging technologies. Focus areas include IoT, Analytics, and Generative AI across various domains.
Build and Scale: Manage large-scale multiyear Digital Transformation program for modernizing production facilities using technologies for Industry 4.0 use cases, Connected Factory, and M/AI. Equipment and System data capture and analysis from IOT, and IIOT systems, Data extraction, and integration with ERP, MES, and Supply Chain systems to give strategic visibility in production and operations for factories.
Connected Factory: Drive initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, improve supply chain visibility, and enhance product quality through connected factory solutions.
AI Integration: Explore AI applications within our operations, including predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and process optimization.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience: 10+ years managerial experience, preferably within manufacturing, supply chain, or technology-driven industries.
• Technical Background: A strong technical foundation in areas such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Operations Research.
• Industry Expertise: Proven track record in driving digital transformation, Industry 4.0 initiatives, and IoT adoption. Show experience in managing building, and scaling systems around connected factories for KPIs such as OEE, MTTR, downtime, productivity optimization issues, etc. Deep understanding of RCA and RCCA processes for increasing efficiency.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to envision and articulate a compelling digital strategy for the future of the organization.
• Collaboration: Skilled at building coalitions, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and influencing stakeholders. Work closely with teams across functions (procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, design-to-value, and service operations) to integrate digital solutions seamlessly.
• Results-oriented: Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business outcomes through digital initiatives.
• Change Management: Lead change management efforts, ensuring successful adoption of digital technologies and processes.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Promote data-driven decision-making by leveraging insights from IoT sensors, digital twins, and analytics.
