Job Summary

Location: Battery (Atlanta GA) or Headquarters (Carrollton GA)

 

Oversees the development and execution of People & Culture (P&C) communication strategies. Ensures alignment of P&C messaging with organizational goals and culture. Manages communication campaigns to enhance team member engagement and understanding of P&C initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advises senior management on communication strategies to support business objectives and improve organizational visibility.
  • Assists in defining communication plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Coordinates processes and assignments to deliver effective internal and external communications, managing deadlines and stakeholder requirements.
  • Directs workflow of the communications team, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project execution.
  • Ensures compliance with branding and messaging guidelines, maintaining consistency across all communication platforms.
  • Identifies, implements, manages, owns, and elevates communications technology platforms.
  • Implements communication policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and support the company’s strategic initiatives.
  • Manages relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring that communication strategies are executed effectively and on time.
  • Evaluates performance of communication strategies, using metrics and feedback to improve future initiatives.
  • Hires and develops team members, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management to ensure ongoing professional growth.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Manages staff performance and development, coaching team members to achieve their full potential in contributing to the department's goals.
