Job Summary

Manages and streamlines People & Culture (P&C) operational processes, focusing on improving data accuracy, identifying opportunities for workflow improvements, and enhancing the overall employee experience. Integrates new technologies, ensures compliance with P&C policies and legal requirements, and supports P&C analytics and reporting efforts to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administers People & Culture (P&C) systems, ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and process efficiency across various modules.
  • Analyzes somewhat complex system-related issues, identifying trends, and recommending enhancements to optimize system performance.
  • Configures P&C systems to support new initiatives, process changes, and ongoing updates, while ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Documents system processes, configurations, and user guides, facilitating knowledge sharing and ensuring consistency in system usage.
  • Coordinates somewhat complex troubleshooting efforts with internal teams and external vendors to resolve system-related issues.
  • Implements routine system updates, patches, and upgrades, collaborating with the IT team to minimize disruptions and maintain system stability.
  • Evaluates existing P&C system capabilities, recommending improvements and new features that align with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Communicates system-related changes and updates to stakeholders, providing training and support as needed to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Identifies opportunities to streamline processes and automate tasks within the P&C systems, enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Required Education & Experience

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

Specialized Degree: Business, Computer Science or equivalent experience

Years of Experience: 2-4 years

Preferred Education & Experience

Years of Experience: 5-7 Years

A combination of education and experience may be concidered for certain roles.
