Job Summary

The role is responsible for providing technical support, system administration, and process optimization for timekeeping and payroll systems and related applications. It ensures accurate and efficient payroll operations by maintaining system integrity, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT teams to implement enhancements and integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration & Support: Maintain and configure payroll systems (e.g., SAP, UKG, Workday, ADP, or other platforms). Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize payroll disruptions. Manage user access, security roles, and compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Process Optimization & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes through technology solutions. Develop and implement automation scripts or tools to improve efficiency and accuracy. Support system upgrades, patches, and new feature deployments.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Ensure data integrity across payroll systems and related interfaces. Generate and analyze payroll reports for compliance, audits, and management review. Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Integration & Collaboration: Work closely with IT and HRIS teams to integrate payroll systems with HR, finance, and timekeeping platforms. Support cross-functional projects, including system migrations and enhancements.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure payroll systems comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive employee data.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree

Specialized Degree:  Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources 

Years of Experience: 2-4 Years

Filed(s) of Expertise: IT systems support, preferably in payroll or HRIS environments 

Preferred Education & Experience

Years of Experience: 5-7 Years
