Job Summary

 

Location: HQ (Carrollton, GA) or Battery Ofice (Atlanta, GA)

Leads the design and implementation of enterprise applications, defines integration strategies, ensures compliance with architectural standards, provides technical and functional leadership, evaluates new technologies, and mentors design teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead solution architecture for enterprise-level applications, with primary focus on Salesforce CRM and SAP S/4HANA platforms.
  • Define and govern integration strategies between Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, and other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to architectural standards, best practices, and compliance requirements across all implementations.
  • Provide technical and functional leadership during design, build, and deployment phases of major programs.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with long-term enterprise strategy.
  • Mentor solution design teams and ensure knowledge transfer for sustainable internal capability.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Required Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree

Specialized Degree:  Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 

Years of Experience: 8-11 Years

Field(s) of Expertise: 

  • Enterprise solution architecture
  • Expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and integration frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise integration technologies (APIs, middleware, ETL tools).
  • Proficiency in designing secure, scalable, and high-availability solutions.

Preferred Education & Experience

Master's Degree

Specialized Degree: Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Years of Experience:  12-14 Years 

Field(s) of Expertise: Experience with other enterprise platforms (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is highly desirable.

Preferred Licenses and Certifications:  Salesforce and SAP architecture
