Job Description
Job Summary/Objective:
The following is a list of primary duties that are essential for this role. This list is not exhaustive, as all positions within the company are dynamic. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Receive, stock, and rotate incoming and outgoing inventory. Effectively communicate with ordering lead regarding any inventory issues.
• Responsible for conducting quality, temperature, and inventory controls.
• Prepare and serve meals. Food preparation according to written and oral instructions.
• Replenish food stations as needed. Properly set up and break down workstations.
• Temporarily Cover positions as needed. Perform related work as required.
• Perform duties following health, food service, government, and other regulations. Participate in formal and informal training. Perform all tasks assigned in a safe and productive manner. Practice personal hygiene and proper sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe work environment. Perform dishwashing and trash removal. Perform sweeping and mopping.
• Always greet customers in a professional manner.
Education and Experience
• High School Graduate or equivalent (adequate education/training/experience).
• 3 years of restaurant or food service experience.
• Excellent work and attendance record.
• Knowledge of food and nutrition.
• General knowledge of methods used in preparing and serving.
• Ability to demonstrate proper equipment operation skills.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Serve safe certified recommended.
