Job Summary
The Controller plays a critical role in the financial management of manufacturing operations leading financial oversight, cost control and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls and compliance, and crossfunctional collaboration. Controllers ensure cost-effectiveness, profitability, and compliance while supporting strategic decision-making of the manufacturing site. This role bridges finance and operations, collaborating with production teams, procurement and plant management to optimize processes and maintain financial health.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitors and analyzes financial performance, identifying variances and reporting deviations to management
• Prepares detailed financial reports and conduct management financial review
• Ensures compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures and strategies
• Prepare and manage budgets for capital projects
• Forecast financial performance and develop annual financial plans
• Implement robust internal control framework
• Conducts financial audits and assessments
• Provide guidance on financial best practices
• Ensure accuracy of financial position and reporting through timely completion of account reconciliations
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree: Accounting or Finance
Years of Experience: 8-11 Years
Preferred Education & Experience
Master's Degree: MPAcc or MBA in Accounting or Finance
Years of Experience: 12-14 Years
Certificates/Licenses:
- CPA, CMA, CGMA or equivalent professional certification
