Job Summary

Manages inside sales accounts by building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Coordinates account strategies, benchmarks sales performance, and defines key objectives to maximize business opportunities. Advises with managers to develop tactical and operational plans, allocate resources effectively, and ensure quality and consistency in account management practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages the inside sales function, establishing goals, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develops tactical and operational plans to drive sales performance, improve operational efficiency, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Defines strategies for customer engagement and retention, tailoring approaches to meet the unique demands of the electrical industry.
  • Ensures quality and consistency in sales processes by implementing best practices, monitoring metrics, and addressing gaps in performance.
  • Allocates resources effectively across teams to optimize productivity, enhance customer experience, and support business objectives.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders, including external partners and internal teams, to align sales strategies with broader organizational goals.
  • Contributes to market intelligence by analyzing industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
  • Hires and develops talent within the inside sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

  • Required Education & Experience

    Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

    Years of Experience: 8-11 Years
