Job Summary/Objective:
The primary role of the Director, SCR Operations will be to lead all facets of the spare sales initiative, marketing, procurement, logistical execution, and business development of the SCR business. Responsibilities include strategic planning, managing and developing the spare parts sales organization, strategic customer and vendor interaction, and maintaining the highest levels of customer service throughout the logistical coordination and delivery process.   This individual will create and execute SCR’s commercial strategies to achieve business objectives. This individual will lead the cross-functional teams of spare part sales, marketing, procurement, and logistics while championing the Southwire brand. Partnering with other leaders in the organization, the Director of SCR Operations is a critical component of developing and executing the overall strategy for the SCR business.

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead all facets of the spare & ware parts sales initiative, marketing, procurement, logistical execution, and business development of the SCR business.
•    Create and implement a strategic spares sales plan and structure to support the business strategy, accomplishing both revenue growth and continued maximization of product profitability for SCR Spare Parts. 
•     Work closely with the SCR VP/GM to determine and monitor the department's key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue vs. plan, sales pipeline goals, new business goals, and gross profit percentage. 
•    Develop relationships with existing and potential customers, identify key threats and opportunities and implement plans to deal with both. 
•    Develop relationships with key suppliers to drive out cost while maintaining the highest service levels.
•    Work across the supplier landscape to maintain redundancy of supply for risk mitigation.
•    Develop and manage the marketing budget for the purposes of maximizing SCR business exposure in the international market.
•    Develop and deploy a variety of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads for the overall SCR sales team.
•    Oversee the participation in select, relevant industry associations, events, and trade shows for the purpose of sales and marketing both spare parts and SCR systems.
•    Manage the functional elements of SCR commercial and logistical processes including, but not limited to: Letters of Credit, Shipping and Receiving, and Office Management.
