Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the reliability and performance of the Rod Mill and Compounding facilities.
- Conduct thorough assessments of equipment, machinery, and systems to identify reliability risks and potential maintenance needs.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to investigate equipment failures, production interruptions, and inefficiencies, identifying root causes.
- Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies using data analysis and advanced monitoring techniques.
- Apply Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) methodologies to assess and mitigate risks in equipment and processes.
- Lead and support reliability improvement projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and effective execution.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, driving continuous improvement efforts.
- Communicate technical insights, reliability recommendations, and project updates to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of reliability assessments, improvement projects, and outcomes.
- Contribute to the growth of the reliability engineering discipline through training, mentoring, and sharing knowledge.
Required Experience
- 1 to 3 years of operations experience (required)
- Rod Mill or Compounding experience (preferred)
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (required)
Other Preferred Skills, Licenses, & Certificates
- Experience in SAP, SCADA, PLC/Logic programming, Siemens and Rockwell (preferred)
