Job Summary
Oversees the enterprise-wide support of People & Culture (P&C) technologies by leading two key functions within the P&C Technology umbrella: P&C Technology Build (team of P&C Technology Analysts who are responsible for implementing and enhancing P&C tools and technologies within P&C ecosystem) and P&C Technology Run (P&C Technology Specialists who handle the support and configuration of the P&C ecosystem as well as People Operations Coordinators, led by the Supervisor, P&C Technology and People Operations, who manage enterprise-wide preboarding). Owns the execution of the P&C Technology Roadmap, ensuring the high-quality execution of a comprehensive P&C Technology strategy. Collaborates with stakeholders and provides guidance to the overall People & Culture team while leveraging technology and P&C expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Advises leadership on HRIS system capabilities, best practices, and optimizations to meet business needs and enhance workforce management efficiency.
- Assists P&C Technology leader in developing strategic plans for P&C Technology implementation, upgrades, and process improvements to align with overall business objectives.
- Coordinates processes and assignments across the P&C Technology team to ensure the effective delivery of P&C technology solutions and services.
- Defines project terms and manages timelines for system upgrades, implementations, and data migration activities.
- Directs work flow for the P&C Technology team to ensure seamless operation and timely resolution of technical issues or team member inquiries.
- Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations, organizational policies, and best practices related to P&C data management and reporting.
- Establishes data governance standards and ensures accurate and efficient data entry, reporting, and retrieval across all P&C Technology platforms.
- Evaluates performance of HRIS processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize system functionality.
- Hires and develops P&C Technology professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
