Job Description

As a Living Well employee, you will support our Living Well Fitness Center Program by providing great customer service and assisting in day-to-day duties ensuring that our members have the best experience. Our staff members are dedicated, hardworking, and passionate in what they do. If you are looking for an opportunity to learn and grow in employee well-being, join our team!
 
Tasks and Responsibilities:  

  • Engage employees and members through different communication channels and topics related to wellbeing
  • Upkeep social media account for Fitness Center to promote events, classes, and participation
  • Walk new members through orientation of Fitness Center and new member paperwork
  • Assist in planning and execution of quarterly employee health fair events
  • Maintain facility cleanliness and organization
     
    Requirements:
  • Ability to work at least 20 hours a week
  • Excellent listening, communication, and written skills
  • Energetic and passionate with a flexible spirit and love for helping others
  • Ability to proactively identify problems and propose effective solution
  • Ability to work and complete projects independently, as well as within a team environment
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with members, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with wellness staff and other departments to support shared goals.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying and addressing maintenance or operational issues to ensure a safe and efficient environment
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adjust to changing needs, schedules, or program updates
