Job Description

Supports customer retention and satisfaction efforts by applying developed knowledge of products, systems, and service procedures within the electrical industry. Works with moderate supervision to follow standard protocols in managing customer relationships, troubleshooting service issues, and guiding users through onboarding and product adoption. Identifies routine problems and applies sound judgment to ensure successful customer experiences and long-term account value.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

· Help manage the day-to-day process of discrepancies and sales as assigned.

· Assist in identifing problems and proposing effective solutions.

· Update documentation, texts, notes as required/necessary.

· Develop and run reports as needed.

 

Skills

 

· Intermediate Excel skills.

· Excellent listening, communication and written skills.

· Must be self-motivated and willing to take ownership of assigned projects.

· Ability to work and complete projects independently, as well as within a team environment.

· Excellent reconciliation and proactive critical thinking skills.
