Job Summary

Job Summary/Objective: 
As a Senior Vice President of Product Line, you will be a key leader, responsible for the strategic direction, vision, and execution of the Power and Industrial product lines and portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and driving business growth through effective product management.

Key Responsibilities: 

•    Product Line Financials. Manage the product line budget and ensure efficient resource allocation. Track and analyze product performance and profitability. Identify opportunities to improve product margins and efficiency. 
•    Demand Generation /Product Line Sales
•    Price Volume Mix Dance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, etc.) to ensure seamless product execution. 
•    Forecasting vs application
•    Capacity Planning
•    Product Roadmap Funding/Approval. Manage product roadmaps and prioritize features and initiatives. Oversee the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. 
•    Profit Plan/Strat Plan* Ownership. Develop and execute the product line strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives and market trends. Define and communicate the product vision, ensuring a clear understanding across the organization. 
•    Aggregated Demand
•    Potential Market Volume (PAM)/Available Market Volume (SAM)/Total Market Volume (TAM). Identify and assess market opportunities and competitive landscape. 
•    Team Leadership. Lead and mentor a team of product managers, product owners, and other relevant personnel. Build a high-performing product organization capable of delivering exceptional results. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the product team.
