Job Summary

Creates a positive new team member experience by delivering and managing an exceptional onboarding program that ensures the successful integration of new team members into the culture. Ensures a positive onboarding experience helping to establish the company as an employer of choice and executing high quality,engaging onboarding programs. Conducts program management and communicates with leaders at all levels; coordinates program logistics, facilitation, and measurement to identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Administers the onboarding process, ensuring all new hires receive the necessary resources and information for a seamless integration into the company.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of onboarding programs by gathering feedback from new hires and identifying areas for improvement.
• Communicates with new hires before their start date to answer questions and provide guidance on onboarding expectations and required documentation.
• Documents onboarding procedures, updates training materials, and maintains records of completed onboarding tasks.
• Implements onboarding initiatives that promote company culture and values, including team member engagement activities and orientation events.
• Identifies opportunities to enhance the onboarding experience by implementing new tools, technologies, or strategies.
• Analyzes the data from the engagement survey, onboarding program surveys, and team member feedback to provide recommendations for continuous improvement of the new team member onboarding experience.
• Develops somewhat complex onboarding checklists and workflows that ensure a consistent experience across departments.
• Partners with functional team members and Learning Consultants to extend the new team member onboarding experience beyond the company wide program.
• Partners with the People & Culture (P&C) site managers to integrate the corporate onboarding program elements into the local site-based onboarding program for hourly new hires.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

Required Education & Experience

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

Specialized Degree: Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field

Years of Experience: 2-4 years

Preferred Education & Experience

Licenses/Certificates: Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).

Years of Experience: 5-7 Years
