Job Summary

Manages and streamlines People & Culture (P&C) operational processes, focusing on improving data accuracy, identifying opportunities for workflow improvements, and enhancing the overall employee experience. Integrates new technologies, ensures compliance with P&C policies and legal requirements, and supports P&C analytics and reporting efforts to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administers People & Culture (P&C) systems to ensure proper functionality and user access, following established guidelines and protocols.
  • Analyzes somewhat complex data and system issues, providing recommendations for enhancements or improvements.
  • Coordinates somewhat complex system updates and implementations, working closely with internal stakeholders to meet project objectives.
  • Configures system settings and parameters to optimize performance and meet evolving business needs.
  • Documents system changes, configurations, and updates in compliance with company standards and best practices.
  • Implements processes to monitor system performance and user activity, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluates new system features and capabilities, providing feedback and recommendations for adoption.
  • Communicates effectively with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve user concerns.
  • Recommends training programs for end-users to improve system utilization and adoption.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Required Education & Experience

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

Specialized Degree: or equivalent combination of education and experience, High School diploma / equivalent required.

Years of Experience: 2-4 years

Field of Expertise: Experienced in supporting HCM solutions, as well as all end users of the system.
