Job Summary
The Product Marketing Specialist will develop and manage the strategy for creating and executing campaigns that drive sales and increase brand awareness. These campaigns will include new product launches, maintenance of the line, and brand awareness across all business channels. The product marketing specialist will be a cross-functional leader who will lead and drive the strategic campaign development process across business groups and various stakeholders, and will also be responsible for tracking, measuring, and communicating the overall effectiveness of campaigns with leadership. This position requires cross-functional leadership between internal and external business groups, including channel marketing, digital marketing, creative shared services, finance, sales, and outside vendors, to ensure a desired outcome.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute new product launch, maintenance of line and brand awareness campaign strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Segment, Channel, and Product Management (30%)
• Lead the development and creation process for all marketing assets associated with campaigns, including flyers, brochures, catalogs, infographics, photos, videos, email, social posts, and web landing pages. (10%)
• Lead multiple new product launches, MOL, and brand awareness campaigns simultaneously for multiple products and channels. (10%)
• Own relationships with the product management teams with all marketing needs, including campaign development, brand awareness, MOL, as well as advertising, digital, social, and email campaigns. (10%)
• Drive Coordination within multiple marketing platforms to ensure marketing asset deployment across the business. These systems include Adobe Workfront, OpenText, Salsify, PWA, Southwire.com, Jira, Phase 3, and Bluevolt. (10%)
• Work cross-functionally with Segment and Channel teams to strategically sync product campaigns with segment and channel initiatives. (10%)
• Lead and manage the creation and maintenance of strategic marketing and communications campaigns, advertising, and social calendars. (5%)
• Develop and track best practice KPIs for all campaigns and report out to leadership. (5%)
• Champions Southwire’s brand within all channels and segments and identifies ways to grow brand presence in partnership with key stakeholders and customers. (5%)
• Continuously adds industry knowledge through attendance at conferences, webinars, and training. (5%)

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's
