Job Summary
The VP, Strategic Sourcing is a strategic leader, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the procurement function to meet the needs of the enterprise. This role directly leads a procurement organization managing the top strategic suppliers in metals and raw materials as well as indirect spend categories while also providing governance and strategic oversight for decentralized purchasing activities across business units and regions. The VP ensures alignment with corporate objectives, cost efficiency, risk mitigation and supplier performance.

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Years of Experience: 15+ Years Field of Expertise: Sourcing/Procurement in a Manufacturing or Distribution Environment
Preferred Education & Experience
Minimum Education Level: Masterâs degree Specialized Degree: Supply Chain/Business Administration Licenses/Certificates: Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM))
