Job Summary

Develops engineering solutions across operations, product development, construction, and maintenance environments to enhance efficiency and performance. Analyzes engineering processes and identifies
opportunities to improve system reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Implements multidisciplinary engineering practices to optimize functionality and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assesses customer needs and technical requirements on-site, delivering tailored solutions that meet both customer expectations and industry standards while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Delivers expert-level technical support for electrical systems, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in the field, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance for clients.
• Designs systems to optimize service processes, improving efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction while ensuring all electrical systems meet regulatory and performance standards.
• Implements processes to streamline field service operations, reducing response times and improving customer engagement through the development and execution of best practices and innovative service delivery         methods.
• Conducts more complex field inspections and performance audits, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending corrective actions to enhance the performance and longevity of electrical systems.
• Confers with senior management and internal teams to align on service strategies and technical solutions, ensuring the engineering team provides exceptional value to clients while adhering to company objectives.
• Forecasts service needs and recommends proactive measures for system maintenance and upgrades, using expertise to predict potential challenges and optimize service delivery in anticipation of client requirements.
• Mentors junior field engineers, sharing best practices, troubleshooting techniques, and industry knowledge to foster professional development and enhance team performance.
• Ensures compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all field service operations, conducting regular training and audits to maintain the highest level of operational safety and effectiveness.

Required Education & Experience

Minimum Education Level:  Bachelor's Degree

Years of Experience:  5-7 Years

Preferred Education & Experience

Minimum Education Level: Master’s Degree
