Job Summary

Manages high-value solution-based sales initiatives in the electrical industry by applying in-depth technical and commercial expertise. Works independently with minimal guidance to develop and execute sales strategies that address complex customer needs and drive long-term value. Serves as a key contributor to enterprise-level negotiations, customer account management, and internal strategy development. Acts as a resource to less experienced colleagues and represents a stable, senior role within the sales function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assesses team performance and strategic account engagement to align resources and drive profitable solution sales across assigned territories or verticals.
  • Collaborates with team members to develop customized proposals and solution packages that integrate electrical systems, service offerings, and digital tools.
  • Develops more complex pricing models, technical configurations, and customer presentations to support multi-year agreements and strategic initiatives.
  • Implements processes to enhance the efficiency of lead qualification, opportunity management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Delivers tailored value propositions by interpreting customer operations, regulatory requirements, and system needs in support of long-term relationships.
  • Confers with internal stakeholders including engineering, operations, and product development teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and deliverable capabilities.
  • Interprets customer data, industry benchmarks, and competitor behavior to refine solution positioning and inform tactical adjustments.
  • Coaches account executives and solution engineers on consultative selling techniques, proposal development, and complex deal structuring.
  • Helps establish and implement scalable solution sales processes, training modules, and key performance indicators to support organizational growth and consistency.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Required Education & Experience

    Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

    Years of Experience: 5-7 Years

    French fluency requiered 

    Preferred Education & Experience

    Minimum Education Level: Master’s degree

    Years of Experience: 8-11 Years
