Job Summary
The Senior Director of Marketing leads the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, revenue growth, and market expansion. The Senior Director of Marketing is responsible for developing the strategic direction of our product marketing and integrated marketing campaign development efforts to position Southwire as a comprehensive electrical solutions provider. This role will also collaborate closely on the Marketing organization’s digital transformation efforts that drive customer insights, lead generation, and customer conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies execution.
- Champion customer insights and market intelligence to inform strategy and innovation.
- Proven track record in developing both individual and team skillsets, including actively mentoring team members and facilitating opportunities for professional growth to ensure the organization remains highly skilled and adaptable
- Oversee brand management and ensure brand consistency.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend.Champion performance analysis to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales ecosystem to drive customer engagement.

Bachelor's Degree
12-14 Years of Marketing and/or Business Administration/Management Experience
