Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and maintaining project plans related to software development and deployments, tracking deliverables to statement of work documents, managing milestones, ensuring change management, documenting resource utilization, tracking risks, ensuring quality signoff, and adhering to SOC2 processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans for software development initiatives defined by the software development team.
  • Deployment Planning: Create and manage project plans for software deployments to clients, ensuring all deliverables align with statement of work documents.
  • Milestone Management: Track and stay on top of milestone completions, signoffs, and related revenue.
  • Change Management: Focus on change management by ensuring all changes are properly managed and tracked.
  • Resource Utilization: Document and monitor resource utilization to optimize efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Identify, track, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure quality signoff for all project deliverables.
  • SOC2 Compliance: Ensure adherence to SOC2 processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Education & Experience

Education: Bachelors Degree

Years of Experience: 8 - 11 Years

Preferred Education & Experience

Education: Master's Degree

Years of Experience: 12 - 14
