Job Description

Task and Responsibilities:
•    Maintain and update product marketing data across PIM, DAM, Southwire.com, Customer Hub, and other connected systems.
•    Support product launch readiness by ensuring required attributes, descriptions, images, documents, and collateral are complete and accurate before products are published or syndicated.
•    Assist with customer and distributor data requests, including product content syndication, digital asset linking, and data enrichment needs.
•    Perform routine data quality checks to identify gaps, inconsistencies, duplicates, outdated content, and opportunities for standardization.
•    Help document and maintain product data standards, workflows, and process guidance for internal Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and related teams.
•    Coordinate updates to product pages, digital collateral, and marketing assets as new or revised content becomes available.
•    Support the organization and tagging of digital assets within DAM systems, including images, files, logos, documents, and other product-related media.
 
Requirements:
•    High school diploma or equivalent required.
•    Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Communications, or a          related field preferred.
•    Ability to work part-time hours consistently, between 20-30 hours per week.
•    Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•    Ability to learn new systems, follow documented processes, and work independently while collaborating within a team environment.


Preferred Skills and Experience:
•    Familiarity with product information management, digital asset management, data repositories, or commercial product data concepts.
•    Experience or coursework related to data governance, data analysis, digital marketing, eCommerce, content management, or information systems.
•    Working knowledge of tools such as Salsify, IDEA Connector, SAP, SAP Hybris / Commerce Cloud, OpenText, SmartEquip, Customer Hub, CRM systems, BI tools, or similar platforms.
•    Comfort working with spreadsheets, structured data, product attributes, naming conventions, taxonomy, and metadata.
•    Interest in marketing technology, digital transformation, eCommerce, customer experience, and process improvement.
