Job Description
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- 8 hrs. shift weekdays working evening/night hours
- Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms, breakrooms, offices, common spaces, and manufacturing spaces
- Cleans, mops, washes, buffs, and vacuums floors.
- Empties trash and recycling materials
- Maintains outside walk areas, including salting walkways, shoveling, sweeping debris and washing.
- Cleans and polishes fixtures, windows, and furniture.
- Tracks and orders custodial supplies.
- Assists with setup and teardown from meetings and other events.
- Light painting and other small simple facility repair as needed.
- Will handle a variety of general chemicals used for cleaning
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience with custodial duties and ability to operate equipment safely
- Must be able to read and understand English to be able to communicate with Supervision and comprehend work instructions.
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the entire shift; regular lifting/moving up to 40 pounds. Frequent pulling, pushing and bending.
